
Dedicated Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues on the first call through effective problem-solving. You will also research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs, accurately document interactions, and process claims.
In this role, you will guide customers through options to find the best solutions, follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, and protect customer privacy. You will also escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge, and maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Requirements- You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience is required, as well as work from home experience.
- You must have a strong command of the English language, a typing speed of 20+ WPM, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up is also necessary.
- You should be able to multitask and self-manage effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
