We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team and provide support in nurturing and expanding business relationships with valued clients.
About the Role- Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and past clients to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
- Help prepare for client meetings, follow up on action items, and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Learn to understand key customer requirements and deliver relevant products or services.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for existing clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to generating new sales leads through strategic networking.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned contacts and companies using industry-leading CRM software.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of products or services.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive.
- Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
