Job Title: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management, with expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating knowledge-related activities and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs to support the development of knowledge management skills
  • Identify and develop opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
  • Maintain and update knowledge management systems and tools
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
