Knowledge Base Content Specialist

A leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams is trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users globally. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of both internal and external knowledge base content.

You'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Support, Rev Ops, and Customer Success to empower customers to self-serve while enabling internal teams to move faster with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear content.
  • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content using AI-assisted tools.
  • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure accuracy, currentness, and discoverability.
  • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Drive release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Provide training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.

This role requires endless curiosity, customer obsession, and comfort in straddling technical detail and clear explanation.
