Key Professional in IT Knowledge Management

This critical role involves strategic leadership and vision, governing the entire knowledge management ecosystem within an organization. Key responsibilities include defining and continuously improving the IT knowledge management strategy, adhering to best practices like ITIL v4 and KCS v6.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining vast amounts of information related to IT Service Delivery.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge management plan that ensures quality, consistency, and accessibility of knowledge articles.

A key aspect of this position is overseeing the entire knowledge article lifecycle, from creation to storage and utilization.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with significant focus on Knowledge Management leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator or IT Support Specialist, demonstrating deep understanding of IT infrastructure and daily operational challenges;
