Job Title: Materials Management Supervisor

As a seasoned supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of supply chain data management systems and provide exceptional support to the Materials Management team. Your role includes managing daily activities of Materials Management Coordinators, training, coaching, and guiding them throughout their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management Team to ensure accurate productivity reporting – vendor accreditation, invoices, item master data, manual PRs and POs, etc.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Materials Management Coordinators.
  • Develop strong relationships with Melco locations to maintain centralized Material Management services.
  • Manage requests received through SharePoint tool and coordinate with the team to provide timely support to requestor teams at all Melco locations.
  • Prioritize and handle all requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist SCM Procurement Team in uploading price lists in BirchStreet System according to the bidding schedule.
  • Maintain and review Supply Chain Management Systems (e.g. BirchStreet System, Manual PR/PO Monitoring List, etc.) accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate with Business Units and suppliers if there are issues with data or information provided.
  • Perform regular cleansing of master data in BirchStreet System as per schedule.
  • Conduct productivity analysis and prepare ad hoc reports as required.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency.
