Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER.

Estimated Salary:

P 25,000.00 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for executives.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of executives.
  • Handle internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for executives.
  • Handle personal details of the President, including shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling personal appointments, and maintaining household items.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements:
  • College Graduate.
  • At least 1 year experience as an Administrative Support Staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Work Arrangement:

On-site work arrangement at CBY Head Office, with a temporary compressed work week from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Benefits:

Upon regularization, benefits include:

  • Prorated 15-SL & 15-VL (convertible to cash).
  • Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos).
