Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Certeza Infosys, Corp. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
