We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a key member in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for our clients.

About the Role:

This position will report directly to the Director of Payroll & Billing and be responsible for day-to-day data entry activities related to payroll and billing. You will partner with market teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and other financial transactions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Payroll and Billing Operations:
    • Process client requests and set up orders efficiently.
    • Transact payroll processing for non-specialized client requests accurately.
    • Enter transactions into 3rd party billing systems seamlessly.
    • Prepare supporting attachments for billing on time.
    • Maintain Avionte order and assignment housekeeping effectively.
    • Monitor and address level 1 work orders promptly.
    • Research client escalations thoroughly.
    • Confirm direct deposit setups correctly.
  2. Sales Operations Support:
    • Support sales administration tasks efficiently.
  3. General Support Services:
    • Assist with special projects as needed.
    • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  4. Human Resource Management:
    • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic employee housekeeping tasks.
    • Research associate escalations and resolve them efficiently.
    • Verify employee records accurately.
    • Monitor level 1 work orders and address them promptly.
    • Conduct internal audits regularly.
  5. Technology Support:
    • Monitor level 1 work orders and escalate them when necessary.
    • Set up timekeeping clock systems correctly.
    • Monitor secondary systems and escalate abnormalities promptly.
    • Manage shared mailboxes efficiently.
    • Review technical systems regularly.
    • Perform system housekeeping tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • English fluency required; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and Quickbooks required.
  • 2-4 years of experience ideal.
  • Access to computer equipment and internet access at office and home.
  • Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when necessary.
