The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reviewing financial statements, VAT returns, corporate tax returns, and other accounting deliverables with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in managing UK payroll processes and ensuring HMRC compliance is also crucial.

Job Description
  • Reviewing & Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial statements, VAT returns, corporate tax returns, and other accounting deliverables before submission.
  • Corporate Tax & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of UK corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and P11Ds while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Payroll Management: Supervise and review UK payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing statutory accounts for UK limited companies in accordance with UK accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a UK accounting firm with a strong understanding of UK accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent.
