Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled account professional to drive accelerated growth for high-impact organizations through precision outreach, strategic campaigns, and AI-driven execution.

This role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution, requiring the ability to create materials that directly impact client perception, manage asynchronous client communications, and participate in strategic meetings to provide campaign updates and performance context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using advanced tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing.
  • Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging, including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences.
  • Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance.
Data Management & CRM Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems.
  • Manage appointment coordination, including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows.
  • Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using integrated analytics platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate daily coordination with sales teams, researchers, campaign managers, and AI specialists through collaboration platforms.
  • Ensure alignment on lead sourcing requirements, campaign preparation timelines, and automation deployment status.
