Senior Accounting Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned Senior CPA, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, and providing strategic insights that drive sound business decisions.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
