Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with experience in managing financial records, reconciling bank statements, and preparing accurate financial reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. They will also be required to reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures, as well as ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems.
  • Handle invoicing and payments for service contracts, ensuring timely billing and collection.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), G Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
