Key Financial Operations Role

About the Position
  • This is a senior-level accounting position responsible for managing financial operations across multiple entities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments in a timely manner to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems to provide insight into business performance.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations, as well as Exact and Facecode systems for European operations.
  • Generate and distribute financial statements to stakeholders, including management and investors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities, ensuring that all financial information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Execute advanced Excel functions, such as vlookup, to analyze financial data and identify trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Dext and Xero.
  • Strong Excel skills, with expertise in advanced functions like vlookup.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to learn new accounting systems quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial regulations.
