Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee the entire Treasury process, including Bank Management, Incoming & Outgoing Payments, Reporting & Document Management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of analysts and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end Treasury process, including Bank Management, Incoming & Outgoing Payments, Reporting & Document Management.
  • Team Guidance: Guide and support a team of analysts and coordinators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as purchase order coverage, invoice exceptions, and process efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the Treasury function.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage risks associated with the Treasury process.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: Relevant experience in managing end-to-end activities related to Treasury operations such as Bank Management, Incoming & Outgoing Payments, Reporting & Document Management.
  2. Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and develop a team, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Prior Experience: Prior experience in SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and SWIFT connectivity is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge: Knowledge of bank management applications or treasury management systems is advantageous. Experience with online banking portals.
  6. Languages: Proficiency in English. Additional language skills, such as Japanese or Thai, are an asset.
  7. Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
