  • Organize value-adding activities, allocate resources, and implement controls to manage risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage direct reports, assess their performance, and institute developmental interventions or disciplinary measures as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Treasury Collections.
  • A college graduate of a 4 or 5-year course, preferably BSBA Accounting or related courses.
  • Skilled in leadership, innovation, people management, critical thinking, commitment, etc.
  • Able to work onsite in Makati.
