Job Description:

As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include guiding landlords through the full onboarding process, coordinating property preparation, and supporting them with administrative and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide landlords through the full onboarding process.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support landlords with administrative and operational requirements.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet our standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
