Property Listings Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing property listings across all markets, ensuring accurate, appealing, and competitive presentations while overseeing revenue management strategies to drive occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive property listings for optimal visibility and appeal.
  • Develop unique and compelling listing descriptions to effectively merchandise each property.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of listings across various channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize property listings accordingly.
  • Provide expert guidance on content creation and optimization to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new booking channels and establish standard operating procedures.
Revenue Management Expertise:
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to share insights and provide market research on pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Monitor market comps for all properties and proactively adjust pricing as needed to maximize revenue.
  • Partner with operations and launch teams to fill homes immediately upon first availability, minimizing downtime and maximizing occupancy.
  • Act quickly on ideas and feedback to improve workflow efficiency, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record in listings and revenue management. They will be able to analyze market trends, think strategically, and contribute to the success of the organization.
