As a key player in our organization's growth, we are seeking an accomplished Automation Specialist to spearhead the optimization of processes and systems. This pivotal role involves streamlining workflows, integrating disparate systems, and empowering teams to operate with increased efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and operations to identify opportunities for automation and implement process enhancements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows leveraging n8n, Airtable, Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs (JIRA, Basecamp, and others).
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Establish and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including schemas, formulas, automations, and API integration.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
Professional Background:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
