Senior Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex features that meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex features on time while ensuring high-quality secured code.

  • Understand problem spaces and devise effective solutions that scale.

  • Invest in continuous learning and actively share knowledge with team members, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to define best practices and recommendations to support future growth.

  • Assist the team in achieving quality goals and work towards gaining efficiency and predictability in effort estimation.

  • Participate in the hiring process and contribute to attracting and developing a stronger Front-End team across the global organization.

  • Advocate for code quality, reusability, and the simplification of user experiences within our platform.

  • Build a deep understanding of our core domain and contribute to domain-specific knowledge by engaging in design discussions.

  • Actively participate in cross-team collaboration across different departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • More than 5+ years of proven software development experience.

  • Experience with JavaScript (es6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience building functional and creative user experiences that inspire users to perform their best.

  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design with UML and SOLID Principles.

  • Experience with Open API and Microservices.

  • Experience in SQL and NoSQL data modeling, architecture, and performance tuning.

  • Experience in data structures and algorithms.

  • Experience leading joint analysis and design and bringing clarity in requirements and end-to-end delivery scope, plan, and schedule.

  • Experience in test-driven development.

  • Experience writing unit tests and UI automation using Selenium/Playwright.

  • Proficiency in building highly scalable frontend applications with code quality, security, and performance.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Self-driven and own the end-to-end deliverable for a feature working closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, SonarCloud, Terraform is a plus.

  • Experience in mentoring junior developers is a plus.

  • Keep pace with the latest technologies and bring innovation to the team to solve business challenges.
