A visionary leader is required to spearhead the creative direction of a prominent brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling visual content strategies across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative concepts that align with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
- Foster the growth and development of a team of designers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
