Multimedia Motion Designer

Job Overview

Multimedia and motion designers are creative visionaries who bring complex ideas to life through visually engaging animations and videos. This role requires a combination of artistic flair, technical expertise, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, including intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos, that capture the audience's attention and convey key messages.
  • Develop marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs that reflect the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling, ensuring consistency in brand guidelines and messaging across all channels.
  • Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions, driving innovation and creativity in design solutions.
Additional Opportunities:
  • Contribute to UX/UI design for website, landing pages, and insurance platform, enhancing user experience and digital presence.
  • Support website design updates in WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of design elements.
  • Develop accompanying visuals to complement website content and enhance user engagement.
  • Enhance user experience through website animations, creating an immersive digital environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation, demonstrating proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency, showcasing ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, as well as graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/Presentation software, ensuring effective communication of design ideas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team, driving consensus and approval.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress, enhancing user experience and digital presence.
