Scalable Backend Systems Developer

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative system developer to join our cross-functional team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building scalable backend systems, optimizing infrastructure as code, and working on cutting-edge cloud technologies.

As a Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js (70%) and contributing to frontend development (30%) for technical customer interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform to ensure scalability, security, and automation.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial messaging solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement best practices for CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ambitious, curious, and innovative mindset.
  • Strong experience in Node.js (backend-focused), with the ability to contribute to front-end development when needed.
  • Proficiency in AWS and Terraform (infrastructure as code).
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and API integrations.
