We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to fill this challenging role. The successful candidate will play a vital part in our team's success by providing top-notch technical support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, efficient response times, and expert insight into general and sometimes complex technical issues.
- Resolve common IT problems (PC, Mac, Chromebook) and enforce non-automated IT security protocols.
- Understand company policies and apply them to develop solutions that meet users' needs.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met while dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist other IT support staff with operational procedures and troubleshooting issues.
- Offer training to all staff on new hardware and software as required.
- Resolve escalated and Executive support tickets in a timely manner.
- Document systems and processes managed by the IT team for both end-users and other IT staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PC and Mac hardware and software.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and IT service management tools.
