Senior Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves working as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of our Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology, including Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.
  • A strong understanding of software implementations is essential, and you will be required to support the project team during all phases, including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. You will participate in internal assessment meetings with our Accounts Receivable Services department to ascertain existing workflow processes and develop design documentation in Visio that uses best practice recommendations of our AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
  2. Your ability to develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation will be crucial.
  3. You will be responsible for translating Visio documentation to pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for our Development and QA Teams.
  4. Problem-solving and analyzing errors based on user acceptance testing results will also be a key aspect of this role.
  5. You will need to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to our project team.
  6. SUPPORT OF CLIENTS utilizing our Suite of Products after deployment is also a key responsibility.
  7. You will diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with our Development and QA Teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design.
  8. LEAD ONGOING SUPPORT CALLS with existing customers post Go Live.
  9. You will use, protect and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.

  • Work Schedule: US hours, night shift; with willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of the normal work schedule as needed.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
