The Senior Revenue Cycle Expert will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals by analyzing data and identifying trends for improvement within the revenue cycle.
  • Analyze complex billing issues and denials to resolve them efficiently.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools.
