Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the company's business objectives through effective leadership, strategy execution, and process implementation in the Distributive Trade Channel.
Main Responsibilities
Set the direction for the Distributive Trade Channel and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead the Distributive Trade Team and ensure the company's business objectives are met.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Distributive Trade Channel.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business or any related field.
Above-average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office, especially PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
Very good negotiation skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Preferably has at least 8-10 years of working experience in distributive/general trade sales.
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Successful previous experience as a National Sales Manager.
Ability to do field work in the VISMIN area.
Must know how to drive a car.
Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours if needed.
