
Technical Operations Support Professional

Our IT team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Other Key Responsibilities:
- Plan proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations.
- Provide excellent customer service for IT and management requests.
- Continuously improve IT knowledge through training and development.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base.
- Build strong relationships with management, clients, and team members.
- Maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Manager.
- Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1–3 years of IT support experience, with a background in customer service or IT support roles.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Is proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Understands PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Has experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
- Is familiar with remote connectivity issues.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting Macs.
- Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
- Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting.
