We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch support to our customers.
This role involves delivering exceptional service through prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in technical support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Intercom during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Teamflect platform.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
