Job Overview:

The IT Technical Support will help ensure the internal IT structure of the company remains robust and efficient, handling tasks such as software upgrades, user training, troubleshooting, and network management for smooth operations and easy system maintenance, providing administrative support to the organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

  • Install, configure, and maintain networks in all locations (offices, factory, and showrooms), ensuring smooth and secure operations
  • Keep track, examine and ensure timely installation and renewal of prescribed software licenses.
  • Set up employee electronic mail and computer user accounts
  • Setup, maintain and monitor network switches
  • Regular maintenance and inspection of computer equipment in compliance with system standards
  • Perform setup, security, troubleshooting and repair of computers, laptops, tablets, peripherals and infrastructure
  • Observe and setup wireless internet access systems for authorized users
  • Attend to service requests from office and showrooms
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across all company facilities.
  • Support in administration and management of Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts, providing user support and troubleshooting.
  • Implement security protocols to ensure data integrity and protection from unauthorized access.
  • Assist in creating IT regulations and standards for usage of IT related devices
  • Provide IT support for day-to-day operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime for employees across all locations
  • Maintain detailed records of network setups, hardware configurations, and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide recommendations on IT layout, network and system technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS Information Technology or related course
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure management, including networks, POS systems, and CCTV.
  • Experience in Policy Development, Information Security Systems
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
