Medical Sales Professional

Establish direct connections with healthcare providers to facilitate the adoption of prebiotic and microbiome-focused products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in consultative conversations with pediatric offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities to educate them on product benefits, science, and applications.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach efforts and relationship-building activities.
  • Provide scientific accuracy and professionalism in addressing provider questions and concerns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with authenticity, empathy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Educational Background (preferred):

  • Registered Nurse (RN) — Pediatric nursing experience highly desirable
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Registered Dietitian
  • Or other healthcare-related qualification with strong scientific literacy

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with sales and communication platforms such as CRM tools.
