Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables, tracking project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines, and maintaining and regularly updating project plans, timelines, and task trackers.

The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners, preparing draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed, and monitoring workstream progress and flagging risks or potential delays.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
