Production Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our production department.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information.
  • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
  • Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the order progress, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries.
  • Update client and vendor files and databases accurately.
  • Add products to digital catalogs and create client-specific lookbooks.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of direct promotional, customer service, or order management experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
