Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing financial records, coordinating with external accounting firms, and providing critical financial analysis to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate vendor records
  • Process customer payments, manage collection activities, and maintain customer account records
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning
  • Serve as primary liaison with our external accounting firm, ensuring timely submission of documents and information
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and practices
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
Qualification RequirementsEducation & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with international companies
  • Experience working with international accounting standards and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable management
  • Familiarity with cash flow analysis and financial reporting
Essential Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
