Our organization seeks a detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our management team. This role will be instrumental in managing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business growth.

About the Role

The Financial Manager will oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, perform bank and account reconciliations, and conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

This position requires a high level of independence, accountability, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Conduct cash flow analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Support financial planning and analysis initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and utilize ERP systems effectively
Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of related experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles

Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus

U.S. market experience preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
