Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled financial accountant to oversee daily bookkeeping, reconcile ledgers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and NetSuite. Intermediate Excel skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Create or maintain records of financial transactions for clients
  2. Process invoicing and accounts receivable
  3. Pay bills and manage expense software
  4. Manage payroll through a payroll service
  5. Handle other accounting entries and transactions
  6. Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
  7. Provide support for audits by external entities
  8. Compile reports to show statistics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of full charge bookkeeper/staff accountant experience
  • Experience with manufacturing or construction is preferred
  • Strong organization and oral communication skills
