Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Home Care Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services.

As a Home Care Scheduler, you will work closely with our operations team to build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties. You will also respond quickly to any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, and provide excellent customer service to both caregivers and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in scheduling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with software systems and remote communication
