Job Title:

Field Service Technician

Job Description

This role entails extensive travel to customer sites across the country, performing mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.

  • Perform routine inspections and diagnose issues with cranes nationwide.
  • Conduct operator training sessions and commission new or used cranes sold to customers.
  • Prepare detailed field service reports and recommend maintenance and replacement parts to customers.

Key requirements for this position include working overtime as needed and frequent domestic travel. A Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology/Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course in Electromechanical technology is required.

The successful candidate must possess basic English oral and written communication skills, be computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, and hold a valid driver's license.
