Key Business Analyst for Strategic Growth

We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Business Analyst to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Lead Salesforce Initiatives: Develop and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leadership.
  • Enhance Data Quality: Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Drive Sales Efficiency: Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business, streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop Data Solutions: Develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce.
  • Optimize Tool Alignment: Oversee and optimize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate Reporting Systems: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting systems, including the potential use of Tableau or other BI platforms.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions.
  • Cultivate Collaboration: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8–10 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a proven ability to build and optimize sales dashboards. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot is required. Working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
