Job Description:

The Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist role serves as a vital bridge between campaign strategy and operational excellence, driving growth initiatives forward by streamlining marketing processes.

This role is responsible for setting up and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to maximize ROI. It also involves managing lead-nurturing workflows and customer journey optimization to boost campaign performance.

Furthermore, the specialist will create seamless integrations between marketing channels for multi-touch attribution and campaign scaling. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to execute high-ROI automation strategies.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
  • Implement tracking systems for campaign performance and ROI visibility
  • Master campaign attribution to understand which channels drive high-value customers
  • Use data enrichment tools to enhance lead scoring and targeting effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve tracking issues for accurate performance measurement
Performance Reporting & Insights:
  • Build dashboards showing campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Provide reliable data to marketing specialists and managers for performance optimization
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly for fast decision-making on winning campaigns
Cross-Channel Collaboration:
  • Partner with paid ads, content, and sales teams for funnel optimization
  • Lead marketing ops projects supporting launches and optimization
  • Communicate performance insights and recommend optimizations

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields, along with 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics. A strong understanding of marketing funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution is also essential.

Bonus points are given for experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, Clearbit, Looker Studio, Zapier, and basic SQL or data knowledge. As part of a fast-growing team, you'll scale marketing operations and data-driven growth across Asia and the US time zones with a globally distributed team.
