Job Description:

The primary function of a Business Analyst is to possess expertise in multiple disciplines including business process analysis, requirements documentation, dashboard creation, and business case presentation.

The key responsibilities of this position encompass:

  • Conducting thorough business process analysis and documenting requirements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Designing and implementing insightful dashboards to visualize crucial performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Presenting compelling business cases supported by data analysis and profound insights.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint proficiently for data analysis and engaging presentations.
  • Employing Power Query and Power Pivot effectively to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Maintaining fluency in English to ensure clear communication and precise documentation.
  • Applying a fundamental understanding of database theories and tables for seamless data integration and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Expertise in creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • A basic understanding of database theories and tables.
  • Experience in scheduling and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reports and creating/modifying reports in both Classic & Lightning environments.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk Report Creation, including MAQLs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Ability to resolve complex business problems using analytical models.
  • Previous experience in business analytics within the BPO industry.
