We're looking for a seasoned Support Professional to drive exceptional client experiences through proactive and solution-focused support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business clients via email and chat, responding to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve operational, technical, or order-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions within CRM systems.
  • IDentify recurring problems and escalate them to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development, FAQs, and process improvements to optimize support workflows.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations (B2B preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts or working in fast-paced, multi-channel environments.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
