Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, supplemented by relevant experience.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects with global reach, including direct oversight of diverse functional teams in Learning & Development.
  • Leadership experience in call center operations, coupled with familiarity with associated financials.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, particularly at senior and executive levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software, such as MS Project, along with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Visio.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP.
