We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our global projects.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation. This involves creating project plans, establishing deadlines, assigning tasks, leading teams, conducting risk assessments, and gathering necessary materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior executives, and external partners in a virtual environment.
- Develop, manage, and maintain accurate project records.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate issues as needed, and execute change management.
- Clearly communicate project requirements and status to various levels and audiences.
- Lead innovative projects for corporate initiatives and enhancements.
As the primary point of contact, you will report to the Director, Workforce Management, and contribute to business success by overseeing multiple projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in project management, leading medium to large-scale global projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Operational/workforce management experience within the BPO/call center industry is required.
You should have expertise in formal presentation, project management software, word processing, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications. Additionally, flexibility to work on US hours is essential.
