Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving project success as a Director of Project Management. This leadership position involves overseeing the implementation of complex global projects, managing diverse functional teams, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining budgetary discipline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Implementation: Manage and oversee the successful implementation of Learning & Development projects
  • Team Leadership: Lead and direct the work of others, facilitate communication, and monitor project progress
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, escalate concerns, and manage changes to ensure project deliverables
  • Client Communication: Communicate and document key program requirements and status to clients and stakeholders
  • Documentation: Build, manage, and maintain master project documentation

You will report directly to the Executive Director, Project Management, and contribute significantly to the business's success through your efforts on complex projects.

Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • Project Experience: Experience leading the implementation of complex global projects
  • Certification: Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP)
  • Communication Skills: Experience with client-facing senior and executive level management communications
  • Technical Skills: Experience with project management software
