Gavin Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team in a dynamic sports betting industry role.
About the RoleThis leadership position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer service delivery, collaborating with the Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of customer support operations.
The primary objective is to maintain high standards of service, monitor team performance, implement efficient processes and improvements, and resolve escalated customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily customer support operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support.
- Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Profound understanding of the sports betting industry, including its products, services, and customer dynamics.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
