
Expert Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to collaborate with our Sales teams and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in delivering digital products and expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Partner with leaders, business owners, hiring managers, and sales teams to define project scopes and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with Talent teams to identify and secure resources for client projects.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to processes, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage client expectations and facilitate their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be the primary point of contact for new business prospects, handling incoming demos and determining next steps.
- Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record sales activities in our CRM.
- Move leads through the sales funnel by performing active follow-ups via calling, texting, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Communicate and persuade warm leads using emails and phone calls.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Over 10 years of experience in project management, account management in marketing or technology consulting sectors.
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to foster and nurture robust working relationships with clients.
- Experienced in collaborating with distributed teams, with proficiency in operating remotely within a dynamic team while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling diverse challenges, meeting deadlines, and interacting with a wide range of contacts.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
