We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive our sales efforts. This role involves conducting welcome calls with new clients, handling objections, and understanding client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth introductions with new clients to address questions and build rapport.
- Confidently overcome objections while highlighting the product's value proposition.
- Analyze client needs and assess which plan best meets their requirements in terms of value and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate leads and determine readiness to proceed with the purchase.
- Manage follow-up interactions with clients who are not ready to make a purchase.
- Ensure timely updates to CRM tools, including Salesforce, reflecting client interactions and status.
- Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to enhance the product and messaging.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with proficiency in email correspondence.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent phone skills, with the ability to handle objections from business customers.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Bonus points for experience with a CRM system like Salesforce.
