Reward & Performance Analyst Role Summary:">This role is focused on delivering operational and business process support to various Reward and Performance initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to streamline activities and processes, providing insights to facilitate the delivery of Reward programs. ">

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop awareness of Reward COE programs and strategy to align work activities accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
  • Assist in collating statistical and financial data to inform decision-making and action.
  • Support end-to-end annual pay and bonus processes, including data validation and process improvement.
  • Manage benefits administration for core and flexible benefits, resolving issues and ensuring scheme maintenance.
  • Contribute to wider People projects with a Reward remit and participate in global Reward team projects.
  • Provide detailed analysis covering all areas of remuneration and performance to support decision-making.
  • Act as a point of reference to guide and advise others in the team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Produce appropriate analysis reports as required by the People population and wider business.

  • Relevant People, Human Resources or Business qualifications. "
  • Experience in a compensation and/or benefits role in a large complex organisation. "
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. "
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. "
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. "
