Job Description

We are seeking motivated professionals to fill a Lead Generation Specialist role, driving sales growth through strategic lead sourcing and conversion.

  • Minimum 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with international clientele.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, like Google Calendar.
  • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies.
  • Technologically adept with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate professional relationships with customers and clients, building rapport and trust.
  • Source potential sales leads from various channels, gathering contact information and maintaining databases.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
  • Establish and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks.
  • Formulate and implement criteria to assess lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed, adapting to changing business requirements.
